Canfield will support software running on Windows 2000 until Dec. 31, 2008. We currently recommend Windows XP Professional (SP 3 or higher).

VECTRA 3D Imaging System (includes camera modules and monostand)
  • 1-year limited warranty, including support
  • Includes advanced replacement, round trip shipping in US
  • Extended Support & Upgrade Agreement available. Call for pricing.
Dell Computer
  • 3-year limited warranty, including on-site, next day service from Dell, in the US
EIZO Monitor
  • 3-year limited warranty
Training

VECTRA Installation & Training
  • One day on-site installation and training included with purchase of system. All travel costs included in 48 contiguous United States only. Four week advanced scheduling required
  • Additional on-site training is available at $1,400/1-day or $2,300/2-day, travel costs included in 48 contiguous United States. Effective June 1st, 2008, a $350 fuel surcharge will be applied. Four week advanced scheduling required.
