Research and Development: Embedded C++ Software Developer
The ideal candidate for our Embedded C++ Software Developer is a C/C++ developer that is experienced in developing image capture systems, working with data, and has a passion for innovation. The right individual will encompass strong communication skills, work well in a fast-paced environment, have strong presentation skills, and enjoy collaborating for issue resolution.
Job Description:
- Image Capture System development, with research as necessary, to deliver cutting edge 2D and 3D software tools for use with image capture system(s)
- Collaborate with research, development, and application software teams, providing support using proprietary or customized 2D and 3D software for research and development
- Design new and refine our underlying data capture system and algorithms to improve the image capture systems
- Perform software systems testing and debugging on image capture systems
Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, machine vision, engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years’ experience in coding image processing, machine vison tools/application
- 4+ years’ experience in C/C++ programming.
- Experience in image capture systems design and development
- Ability to perform software systems test and debugging on 2D and 3D image capture systems
Desired
- Stereo machine vision and high-speed image capture system experience
- Experience with image processing and algorithm development to develop capture system software

The anticipated salary range for the position is $90,000.00 -$130,000.00 annually. This is dependent upon consideration of multiple factors when determining a base salary such as a candidate’s experience, education, and current market conditions.
